Executive Team
Our management team consists of the following individuals whose backgrounds include over 100 years of business development, marketing and sales experience with AT&T, Lucent, Alcatel, AFC, Global Crossing, Frontier Communications and One Communications.
President/Owner
Mr. Williams is a graduate of Bucknell University (BSBA) and the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Rochester. Prior to PICS Telecom International Mr. Williams founded Williams Energy Systems was a VC Manager with Oliver Capital and the VP of Mergers and Acquisitions with Chase Bank.
Mr. Williams founded PICS Telecom International over 18 years ago and has built it into a premiere provider of supplier of secondary telecom equipment and investment recovery services. Mr. Williams is married with three children and resides in Brighton, NY.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Kaser is a graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Accounting. Initially he spent ten years in senior level positions in one of the largest international accounting firms in the world. The following twenty years were spent at executive level positions with various manufacturing and distribution companies, most with international operations.
Mr. Kaser joined PICS Telecom International in 2009 as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. In this role he is responsible for all the financial and human resource activity of the company on a global basis. Mr. Kaser is married with two children and resides in Penfield, NY.
Chief Information Officer
Mr. Girolami is a graduate of the University of Rome, Italy in "Economia & Commercio" and holds a BS degree in Computer Sciences & Mathematics from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, New York. In 1992 Mr. Girolami co-founded Softech, a technology company specializing in software development and IT staffing. In 1998 he becomes Vice President of IT at NewWave, a consulting company specializing in network implementations and the development of web based ERP systems and solutions for the telecommunication, transportation and advertising industries. During his career, Mr. Girolami has brought to the market services such as TimeReporting.com and the Internet Career Exchange (ICE).
Mr. Girolami has joined PICS in 2008 as the company’s Chief Information Officer to establish and lead information technology initiatives and enterprise IT systems to improve cost effectiveness, service quality and business development. Mr. Girolami is married with one child and resides in Brighton, NY.
Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Mr. Atkins joined PICS Telecom International in 1997 to establish a professional sales force and develop a coherent marketing plan. Mr. Atkins began his career in 1975 working in sports promotion and later consulted in the computer software industry providing due diligence on software start-ups for the venture capital community. In 1986 he was brought in by Xerox’s Venture Capital group and helped to co-found a software spin-out of Xerox PARC called Microlytics.
Mr. Atkins received a BS degree in Marketing from San Diego State University and is married with three children and resides in Pittsford, NY.
Vice President of Operations
Mr. Clark has a degree in Business and an Associate Degree in Civil engineering. Before joining PICS Telecom International in 1996 Mr. Clark spent 19 years with different construction companies including R C Siebert, Riedman Corporation, James L Garrett and Wilmorite Corporation.
Mr. Clark is Vice President of Operations which includes all the warehouses operations, de-installation activities and managing the test lab. Mr. Clark is married with two children and resides in Rochester, NY.
Director of Asset Management & Vendor Sales
Mr. Merrill is a graduate of Michigan State University (BS in Mechanical Engineering) and the University of Michigan (MBA - Finance) and has been in telecommunications industry since 1978. During the last 30 years Mr. Merrill has spent time with General Telephone (GTE), NECA, AT&T, Rochester Telephone (Frontier) and One Communications. Mr. Merrill was one of the original founders of Choice One Communications and was responsible for all their M&A activities.
Mr. Merrill joined PICS Telecom International in January 2004 as the Director of Asset Management Services. Mr. Merrill is married with three children and resides in Rochester, NY.
Director of Investment Recovery
Mr. Brodie is a graduate of Merrimack College (BS in Business Administration) APEC certification from University of Lowell. Mr. Brodie has spent over 25 years in telecommunications, working for AT&T and Lucent Technologies. His scope of responsibilities included, Project Manager, Product Manager, and Business Developer for transmission and switching products. He was Project Manager for the first fiber optic transmission deployment from NY, to Washington, as well as the Project Manger for the ADT (all digital transmission).
Mr. Brodie joined PICS Telecom International in September 2001 as Director of Investment Recovery Services. He is married, has one child, loves to ski and lives and works out of Georgetown MA.
Director of Operations
Ms. Dalberth is a graduate of North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science degree. Prior to joining PICS Telecom International in 2001, she spent 10 years in textile management and purchasing.
Ms. Dalberth is Director of Operations with specialties in inventory management and shipping/receiving. She is married with 2 children and resides in Webster, New York.
Sales Manager
Mr. Ward is a graduate of the State University of New York College at Brockport with a BA degree in International Business and Economics. Prior to joining PICS Telecom International, he worked for a leading outsource/consulting company in Rochester, NY. He also worked in various capacities for the state of New York, in the development and implementation of approved state policies and procedures.
Mr. Ward joined PICS Telecom International in 2000 as a sales representative in the wireless market. Alan was promoted to the Sales Manager position for the US and UK operations in 2007. He is married with two children and resides in Spencerport, NY.
International Operations Director
Mr. Lockyer is a qualified Load Master & Mechanical Handling Equipment Instructor, Having over 20 years experience in international logistics and operations, Brian has managed facilities on behalf of some household names, including Ford Motor Company & AT&T. Brian joined PICS in 2004 and in 2006 managed the transition to our larger purpose built offices in Nailsea, England.
As International operations Director, Brian currently oversees the EMEA & Asia operations & facilities. Mr. Lockyer was educated in Berkshire, England and currently resides in the south west of England with his wife and son.
