ISO 9001:2000 PICS Telecom International is proud to be an ISO 9001 registered company. Over the years we have achieved a significant reduction in the frequency of errors and a significant increase in the quality of our product through our ISO 9001 program. Members of our organization are committed from the top down to this effort and their participation is instrumental in the resulting customer satisfaction. The ISO 9001 process has become a way of life for us and has facilitated continuous improvement throughout the company. Our Quality Policy reads as follows:
