Investment Recovery Services: PICS Telecom is truly an Investment Recovery Company, obtaining the majority of the equipment we sell from our relationships with the "PICS Certified" resale program partners. These relationships allow PICS to obtain highly marketable equipment in excellent condition that is not available elsewhere in the secondary market. Our partners include many of the most successful and technologically advanced telecom companies in the world.
