Job Responsibilities:

    • Organize and execute daily sales activities to achieve personal sales plan and provide excellent customer service
    • Learn the major network platforms and key components available on the surplus market for resale.
    • Develop prospect lists from internet and print media
    • Lead generation
    • Qualify prospects to confirm ability to purchase and understand network requirements
    • Develop and expand key account relationships
    • Prepare end user quotes
    • Handle end user customer service issues
    • Field sales presentations to develop key accounts
    • Organize sales trips to identify new prospects
    • Source and execute approved intercompany transfers and/or vendor purchases to fill customer orders
    • Qualify and develop Investment Recovery and end user equipment purchase leads for follow up by sales management
    • Support sales team to achieve company goals
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask while being flexible working with changing list of priorities
    • Maintain positive working relationships with co-workers and customers

We’re currently seeking an Order Management Clerk for our expanding business. The Order Management Clerk is responsible for the execution of pulling equipment for sales orders for PICS Telecom.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Pull equipment for sales orders within PICS Telecom
  • Inspect and clean equipment once pulled to prepare it for shipment
  • Assemble the hardware and brackets required for equipment to customer
  • Apply and scan the PT stickers and serial numbers, where possible, to each item on the sales order
  • Communicate damaged/missing equipment to necessary departments
  • Responsible for pulling failures for test
  • Assist in other departments as workload requires

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders while demonstrating that equipment performs its proposed functions in a satisfactory manner.
  • Use best practices while performing steps in the test standard operating procedures to create efficient operations.
  • Correctly input information into CRM, and verify information before releasing product to shipping.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of OEM equipment using available resources to achieve best possible outcome.
  • Refer appropriate questions related to orders, equipment, tech support, pre/post sales support to Engineer.
  • Ensure department is running smoothly by assisting Team Leader with tasks, testing equipment and maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
  • Take ownership of duties and responsibilities, to comply with all PICS policies.
  • Properly handle equipment and keep accurate inventory logs.
