Sell or resell?
You have network assets that are excess or idle.
They cannot be redeployed, but because you care
about the environment and sustainability, they
should be reused. We can purchase the equipment:
the title transfers immediately, and you get the
quickest ROI. Or, we can resell your equipment:
you consign the equipment to us, our global sales
team markets the equipment and identifies the buyer
willing to pay the most, the title transfers when
the assets are resold, and you get the highest ROI.
How resale works:
Shipment. We arrange for shipping to one of our
warehouses. Equipment can be consolidated at your warehouse,
or shipped directly from your sites.
Freight. Freight costs for transporting equipment to our
warehouses are deducted from your sales proceeds, minimizing your
out-of-pocket expense. We take responsibility for freight costs
associated with shipping the equipment from our warehouse to
the buyer’s location.
Handling. Within 20 business days of arrival at our warehouse,
we provide you with a complete inventory. All equipment is entered
into our computerized inventory system by your company’s name, manufacturer’s
part number, HECI code, and arrival date.
Reporting. Our advanced MIS system provides comprehensive information,
including instant equipment availability, tracking information, historical
pricing, customer files, and a Telcordia® database for part-number verification.
Sales Proceeds. When equipment is sold, proceeds are shared proportionately.
As an investment recovery partner, you’re guaranteed payment once the equipment
has been sold, since we bear all risk relative to any collection issues that may arise.
Inventory Aging and Scrapping. If an item cannot be sold due to market conditions
or the original condition, we will recycle the equipment and provide the necessary
Certificate of Destruction for you.
Marketing. Our marketing strategy is to optimize investment-recovery proceeds
by selling directly to carriers at optimal end-user market prices, while assuring that
all salable items are sold. Our primary target is the carrier market (i.e., LECs, CLECs,
DLECs, IXCs, RBOCs, ISPs, international carriers, and utilities).
Equipment Sales. Our broad-based sales strategy is designed to tap multiple channels
to maximize your return on investment. Our sales representatives maintain an active database
of more than 17,000 end-user customers and 2,800 vendor contacts.
