We have one of the most comprehensive testing programs in the industry, equipment is tested to the original equipment manufacturer’s specifications.
Maintaining Network Operators’ network integrity is our number one concern. However, if you should ever experience an equipment failure with our order, we will provide a replacement, no waiting for your return, and no waiting for your repair.
Or, we will attempt to engineer an alternative solution to meet your needs. If your equipment is no longer available – we will be happy to credit your account or provide a refund.
If you wish to return any Equipment, you must first contact us for prior authorisation and additional instructions. Please complete and submit an RMA form.

- Terms & Conditions
- All equipment sold by PICS Telecom is covered by our standard comprehensive warranty.
- PICS Telecoms’ warranty service warrants that all hardware products sold by PICS Telecom are free from physical* & internal defects that prevent the use of this equipment to its intended purpose.
- If use of the warranty is required PICS Telecom will replace the defective unit with an exact replacement (where available.) If a replacement is not available PICS will refund the price of the exact part.
- Each part sold is covered by its own warranty unless stated in initial quote/PO.
- Unless stated and accepted on an official company P.O the standard warranty will be 1 year.
- PICS Telecoms’ account manager will make reasonable efforts to offer extended warranties.
- PICS Telecom offers a 90day warranty on any equipment sold through the reseller or broker market.
- Unless stated at the point of ordering, any software issues effecting functionality are not covered.
- The warranty does not cover products that are no longer required to the customer due to upgrades.
*For any previously used or refurbished equipment reasonable wear and tear will not be considered as a defect providing the parts still function to the originally intended use.
*Any physical defects must be reported to PICS within 45 days of product being physically received. If physical defects are not reported within this timeframe these will not be covered under PICS warranty.
