As Client Services Coordinator, you are responsible for meeting or exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and project and contract requirements for PICS service partners.

Works collaboratively with business development, operations, support, IT and finance teams to ensure unsurpassed service is provided to our internal and external Network Lifecycle Optimization clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with client Point of Contact (POC) to gather site and project information required to perform service.
  • Inter-departmental and external communication with multiple POC’s.
  • Substantial email proficiency and follow-up to ensure client expectations are being met.
  • Document project information and client interaction in PAMS (PICS Asset Management Services) and other systems.
  • Problem solve and resolve client issues or concerns.
  • Proactively identify service issues with client facing impact and bring them to the attention of Manager with recommendations for solution.
  • Participate in IT development for system enhancements and testing efforts.
  • Process Return to Stock/Reuse and Service orders in PICS CRM system.
  • Prepare customer facing reporting, presentations and participate in periodic customer reviews and audits.
  • Participate in Quality Management System audits and preparation and maintenance of certifications.
  • Educate potential and existing clients about PICS services.
  • Contribute to development and monitoring of processes to ensure all KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) and project and contract requirements are being met and/ or exceeded.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, Support, IT and Finance Teams to execute on projects.
  • Act as backup for Logistics support.
  • Provide support for PICS audits and act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Client Services processes.
  • Be able to prioritize competing deadlines to achieve KPI goals.
  • Assist with support and special projects as requested by Manager.


  • Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of experience in inside sales, support or customer service.

The Software Developer will create enhancements and maintain features for an ERP web application and external customer portal user interface. The ERP web application and customer portal are used to support company business processes. The application supports users in our United States, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific offices as well as our external customers. The database backend is implemented with MS SQL. The web application will be re-written using dot net core and the user interface will be updated to a modern design using Angular 2+. We are looking for a local candidate that will be a key player in the software development process for business growth.

Job Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Create and maintain features for an ERP web application and external customer portal user interface.
  • Provide technical and user support for applications.
  • Participate in all phases of development effort including architect, develop, test and deliver.
  • Facilitate account level customer support to assigned accounts


Experienced in:
    • Developing web applications in an ASP/MVC .NET environment

The Global Marketing Intern will be responsible for assisting the organization in the implementation of its marketing initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare design files for both electronic and print use following PICS Brand Guidelines.
  • Draft copy for corporate website, social media, presentations and collateral.
  • Contribute to maintenance of library of marketing templates and graphics available to stakeholders.
  • Assist in design and production of case studies, process flow collateral, product and service line cards and other marketing material.
  • Identify and publish content to social media including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter.
  • Produce email campaigns to promote products and services.
  • Monitor website analytics and track results of marketing initiatives to report success stories and identify areas of improvement to Management Team.
  • Conduct market research to keep current with trends and industry.
  • Work with outside vendors to identify partners, provide quotes and coordinate delivery of promotional items and other marketing related services or products.
  • Assist other departments as requested by Manager.
  • Work with Manager to prioritize and deliver marketing collateral to internal team and customer base.  Use PICS’ Customer Relationship System (CRM) to generate data reports including inventory reports to be used for content in our marketing campaigns.


  • Currently enrolled as a student in a program studying Marketing, Advertising, Media, PR, Graphic Design or related field.



  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Competent in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop; Premiere Pro and/or Premiere Rush a plus
  • Experience with social media management
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with WordPress as a CRM a plus
