As Services Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growth in the major key services accounts across America. You will retain and grow revenue streams from services accounts within the Americas. The Sales Manager Services represents the entire range of PICS Telecom products and NLO services. They will be the subject matter expert on Network Lifecycle Optimization Services, supporting the hardware account manager to drive new services opportunities in traditional hardware sales accounts. This role will require travel and flexibility on location and times, it comes with a base salary and commission scheme.

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel within opportunity and assigned accounts.
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service and management resources to support the overachievement of set performance objectives and customer expectations
  • Qualify and deliver profitable services sales and facilitate traditional hardware sales for the supporting sales account manager.
  • Maintain an up-to-date and accurate sales forecast on an agreed system.
  • Proactively leads the strategic account planning process in collaboration with wider business and management to support the retention and growth of Service accounts

Additional Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering/ computer science or relevant.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior sales representative(s) to create essential strategic approaches for sales – including marketing, territory growth, customer and equipment research
  • Research, procure and negotiate product availability and pricing
  • Enter Sales and Purchase Orders into CRM
  • Obtain accurate information from vendors relating to shipment dates and expected date of delivery
  • Identify trends in customer purchasing to assist in targeted sales development and marketing collateral
  • Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction, identify additional opportunities and resolve any issues
  • Capture accurate and complete information and maintain record in PICS’ Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
  • Communicate order changes and issues to sales support department
  • Provide coverage for senior sales reps when necessary, which includes following up on email, quoting customers and customer service-related functions
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
  • Provide data and guides to help the sales team
  • Develop and monitor performance indicators
  • Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
  • Keep record of sales trends
  • Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales and marketing strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board
  • Review pending orders and specific customer’s requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
