Inside Sales Representative:
- Seeking highly motivated self-starter to join sales team for structured outbound sales and prospecting role. The ideal candidate will be customer service focused and have a clear understanding of sales cycle management. Must be a collaborative team player with ability to work independently.
- Sales cycle management.
- Structured outbound sales and prospecting.
- Cold calling and following up to build and foster relationships.
- Acting as a point of contact for customers, prospects, and leads.
- Contacting and engaging with existing and prospective customers.
- Identifying key decision makers within target companies.
- Develop and qualify new business opportunities.
- Basic knowledge and articulation of the products and services offered.
- Tailoring products and services to customer needs to highlight how they solve customer problems.
- Capturing accurate and complete information to maintain and update records in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
- Effectively communicating and documenting customer status and needs to sales team.
- Meeting set targets and working closely with Team to methodically work on and complete a variety of proactive sales activity tasks.
- Track and report on conversations and campaign progress.
- Running and reviewing sales reports.
- Suggest sales process improvements.
- Other duties as needed assigned by Team.
College Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Highly proficient level of computer skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Decision making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Personable and positive attitude.
- Sales-driven personality.
